How to Use – Beginner to Advanced

🔰 Beginner (First 7 Days)

Purpose: Let your body adjust to the herbs.

• Take 1 capsule

• Once a day

• Preferably after breakfast OR after lunch

• Drink a full glass of water

• Avoid empty stomach usage during the first week

Tip: Stay hydrated; Shilajit works better when the body has enough water.

⚡ Intermediate (Week 2 – Week 4)

Purpose: Build stamina, energy & recovery.

• Take 1 capsule daily

• Best time: After breakfast or 30 minutes after dinner

• Continue for at least 3–4 weeks for visible improvements

• Avoid taking with tea/coffee at the same time (keep a 1-hour gap)

Tip: Combine with regular walking / light exercise for better results.

🔥 Advanced (Month 2 – Month 3)

Purpose: Strength, endurance, and long-term vitality.
