🔰 Beginner (1–2 months)

Goal: Build basic strength, improve recovery
Serving: 1 scoop per day
When to take:

• Post-workout (within 30 minutes)

• On rest days, take 1 scoop in the morning

Mix with: 180–240 ml water or milk

When to take:

• 1 scoop post-workout

Goal: Muscle gain, faster recovery, high-volume training
