How to use

How to Use:

  • Serving Size: Mix 1 scoop (3g) of QNT Creatine with 250–350 ml of water or your favorite beverage.

  • Timing:

    • On Training Days: Take one serving 30 minutes before or after workout.

    • On Rest Days: Take one serving in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • Loading Phase (Optional): For the first 5–7 days, you may take 4 servings (20g total) per day for faster results. After that, continue with 1 serving daily.
